ABOUT THE HEAD CHEF
CHEF MATT LOPEZ
Chef Lopez was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. He attended culinary school in Corpus Christi, Texas and has worked in the restaurant industry for 25 years, 15+ of them with Las Brisas. Chef Lopez applies a diverse heritage of flavors from Mediterranean and Southwest cuisine to his menus, and specializes in pairing his creations with different wines.
